I recently tried the high tea at Nubeluz, and it turned out to be a memorable and beautifully executed experience. Nubeluz is known for its skyline views and modern atmosphere, and those elements definitely elevate the high tea. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a panoramic sweep of Manhattan that immediately sets a luxurious tone. The space feels contemporary and stylish, very different from the traditional settings you find in classic afternoon teas. The food was excellent — thoughtful, refined, and visually impressive. The savory bites had clean flavors, and the pastries were delicate without being overly sweet. Everything tasted fresh, and the presentation added to the experience. The tea selection was also quite good, and the staff were helpful in guiding us through the choices. Service was attentive but relaxed, giving the experience a more modern lounge feel. Compared to The Ritz in London, the difference is clear but enjoyable in its own way. The Ritz is all about tradition, ceremony, and formality — the classic tiered trays, the live music, and the unmistakable old-world charm. Nubeluz, on the other hand, feels contemporary, sleek, and more playful. Instead of ornate décor and formal tea service, you get dramatic city views and a stylish, cosmopolitan vibe. The Ritz London focuses on preserving an elegant ritual, while Nubeluz offers a reinterpretation of afternoon tea that fits New York’s energy. Both are excellent experiences, but they appeal to different moods: the Ritz when you want classic refinement, and Nubeluz when you’re in the mood for something modern with a bit of sparkle. Overall, high tea at Nubeluz is a beautiful, delicious, and uniquely New York experience, and it stands strong even when compared with iconic high teas abroad.

Visited Nubeluz recently and had a great time. The interior is beautiful — modern, elegant, with warm light and reflections everywhere. The crowd is stylish and creates a really pleasant atmosphere. The music was well balanced, not too loud, and the skyline view makes the experience even better, especially in the evening. Cocktails were very good, the food was tasty, and the service felt smooth and attentive throughout our visit. Definitely a place I’d come back to for a special evening in New York.

Nubeluz is an incredible rooftop experience! The views are stunning from every angle. Such a wonderful afternoon tea experience! The presentation was beautiful — fresh sandwiches, warm scones, and a lovely selection of pastries, The small bites were delicious and paired perfectly with the drinks. The tea was fragrant and perfectly brewed, with plenty of flavors to choose from. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making the whole experience feel special. A perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a classy, delicious afternoon tea. Definitely a must-visit spot for amazing experiences and unforgettable view.

I went for my birthday to have some snacks and drinks before dinner. I have always wanted to go here and the space did not disappoint. We got seated by the window and had one of the absolute most gorgeous views ever. We had Daniela and Val as our servers bother were great in their own way. Daniela was so Knowledgeable And was able to recommend me cocktails, based on what I liked. Val Learned it was my birthday and came over with a celebratory Prosecco toast, which I thought was so sweet of him. The overall ambience is beautiful. The space along with the views are amazing but one thing I can’t get behind is the food. First of all for what they give and for what it’s priced it is outrageous. We ordered the grilled cheese. It was literally one grilled cheese sandwich cut into four pieces with a side of honey mustard. It took no creativity. There’s nothing behind that and they were charging over $20 for it. We also ordered a dip that came with salmon, roll and chips. We were presented a nice dip. The salmon roll was great, but it was the potato chips busted open out of their bag and placed on the table which I thought was very ghetto for where we were, Also, the price was incredibly ghetto over $20 for a bag of chips and some hummus. Lastly, we had small cones and each one was the size of my pinky. I think I inhaled mines. I don’t remember what it tasted like, those were $12.Overall, I would not recommend anyone to eat anything off the menu, with their tiny ridiculous sizes or some foolish snack that they’ve tried to elevate, but failed horrendously. Absolutely go here because you wanna look and feel beautiful in a beautiful space with beautiful views and beautiful cocktails, and not to mention beautiful service.

We went to Nubeluz for high tea on Sunday. The view and atmosphere are fantastic. The food is served stylishly and tastes very good. However, we were very disappointed by the following: the tea is served in a large pot with 3-4 tea bags already infused. For high tea, and especially in a 5-star luxury hotel like the Ritz Carlton, this is a definite no-go! Every tea lover knows that tea must be brewed fresh at the table to achieve the perfect steeping time (usually a few minutes) for the perfect flavour. In addition, no spoon or plate was provided to remove the tea bags from the pot. And for a high tea costing 130 dollar per person, one should also expect loose, high-quality tea in a tea strainer, not tea bags, and served in smaller pots (not 1-litre pots that are only half full). Another negative aspect was that no explanation was provided at the beginning. After we had eaten the savoury little canapés, which were delicious but not very filling, we politely asked for a refill. We did receive one, but the waitress was not amused. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order espresso or coffee, even at an additional cost. Here, too, we would expect something different in a 5-star luxury setting.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in NYC. Everything at NubluZ was an absolute 10/10. The oysters were insanely fresh, the truffle butter grilled cheese was unreal rich, indulgent, and perfectly done and the drinks were next level. The vibe, energy, and atmosphere were unmatched, and the service made the whole night even better. This place is special. NubluZ didn’t just meet expectations, it completely blew them away. Already counting the days until I’m back.

We spent an afternoon at Nubeluz for afternoon tea. From the time we stepped off the elevator, we were in awe. The views were breathtaking. We were sat by the window to start our high tea. The sandwiches, scones, and pastries we all delicious. We had champagne and we chose a mint tea. Afterwards, we stepped out on the terrace to take in more views of NYC. Happy we were able to experience this beautiful rooftop restaurant

The bar is located on the top floor of the Ritz Carlton hotel. So as soon as you walk in, it’s lovely. Once you go up the elevator and get off, you’re greeted with a very chic host area. I came on a Friday and had reservations for 4:30. We wanted to time our reservation for a sunset view. The views of the city are stunning and truly one of the focal points as soon as you walk in, which is great if you’re someone who loves a photo op. The space is very Instagramable. After we checked in with the hostess we were guided to the bar to order a drink while waiting for our table. The bar is very spacious with comfortable seating and friendly and attentive staff. Once our table was ready we were brought over to a nice booth along the wall with a good view of the whole place. We were promptly greeted by our server, Johnathan. We had some questions about the menu that he answered with ease and even gave us good recommendations. I’m a dirty martini girl, but my mom and sister took his recommendations and absolutely loved their cocktails. We also ordered some food and I wish I could have eaten 10 more of the tuna rolls. They are delicious and I dream about them. I’ll just have to come back the next time I’m in New York.
